XD / Prototype Mode
With the market landscape for UI tools and competition heating up, one of the areas we invested in heavily was the prototype mode. From auto-animations to introducing voice, we were doing some amazing work and giving users powerful and easy to use features to be able to create rich interactive designs and help them tell realistic stories. But with anything that grows, scalability is always a challenge. In this project, my team and I took a step back and wanted to think through how our interface was going to scale as we introduced new capabilities over the next few years. I provided creative direction and mentored my designers through this exercise of building a 5 year vision of how the UI could scale.
